& Service Packages
Acutech's services are charged on an hourly basis. The actual terms
and price are set based on the type of customer and how we are engaged
(annual service agreement or time and materials).
Acutech serves four types of customers:
Residential
Acutech provides computer and network support services
to home users on a time and materials basis. We do not charge for drive
time if the client's home is within a 25 mile radius of our office in
Orange, CA (see Areas Served). We also
know that given the prices of home computers today, it does not make
sense to pay $1,000 to fix a $500 PC. So Acutech sets a cap of 2.5 hours
(per PC) for all residential PC service.

Small Business
Acutech defines a small business client as one who typically
requires IT services on a quarterly or monthly basis and has:
- A single site
- A peer-to-peer network or a single server
- A single physical connection to the Internet
- 15 or less PCs
There are no drive time charges if the client's facility is within
a 25 mile radius of our office in Orange, CA (see Areas
Served). Our Small Business clients may engage our services on a
pay-as-you-go, time and materials basis or through an annual service
agreement. Acutech's annual service agreements provide:
- Significant discounts over our standard T&M rates
- Predictable monthly IT expenses. Each month, you only pay your monthly
service agreement premium regardless of how many hours of service
you used in that month.
- Guaranteed response times
- 7x24 emergency service coverage
Service agreements are available in a variety of sizes ranging from
an average of 2 hours of service per month to an average of 16 hours
per month.

Mid-Sized Businesses
Acutech's Mid-Sized Business clients typically requires
IT services on a monthly or weekly basis. These clients have larger
and more complex networking requirements than our Small Business customers
and typically include one or more of the following characteristics:
- Multiple sites
- Two or more servers
- An Exchange server
- A SQL server
- Multiple physical connections to the Internet
- More than 15 PCs
There are no drive time charges if the client's facility is within
a 25 mile radius of our office in Orange, CA (see Areas
Served). Our Mid-Sized Business clients may engage our services
on a pay-as-you-go, time and materials basis or through an annual service
agreement. Acutech's annual service agreements provide

Enterprise
Acutech's Enterprise Clients are larger businesses with
more complex networking requirements than our Mid-Sized Business customers.
These businesses typically require IT services on a daily or weekly
basis. Acutech only supports Enterprise-class clients through an annual
service agreement. Service agreements are customized to suit the specific
needs of the client.
Our Enterprise Service Agreements provide an alterative
to in-house IT departments and offer the following advantages:
- Backup support for your primary technician during vacations or illness
(see our team approach under The Staff).
- Availability of multiple technicians for project work which must
be accomplished in a given timeframe.
- A wider breadth of technical knowledge than would be possible with
a single in-house technician.
- Technical management oversight of the IT technician.
- No personnel overhead (recruiting, training,
reviews, etc.).
- No financial overhead (Worker's Compensation, health insurances,
training expenses, payroll taxes, etc.).
