Despite the best preventative maintenance program, IT
systems will experience failures. And according to Murphy's Law, the
failure of your systems will always occur at the worst possible time
for your business. It is times like these when you need Acutech.
Unlike many smaller and sole-proprietor companies, Acutech
guarantees emergency service response times to all its contract clients
(clients covered by an Acutech annual service agreement. See Pricing
& Packages for more information on Service Agreements). For
non-contract customers, we typically provide same day response often
within 4 hours or less.
At Acutech, we use the concept of a primary and secondary
technician for each of our contract customers. The primary technician
is the professional you interact with most of the time. This professional
becomes very familiar with you, your staff, your IT systems and your
business processes. So when an emergency arises, your primary technician
is the best person to diagnose and fix the problem. However we also
introduce a secondary technician to your account. In the event of an
emergency and should your primary technician be unavailable, a second
qualified professional will be available to deal with the crisis. (See
