On-site Services

Acutech's on-site network monitoring and maintenance services will keep your network running at optimal levels. A certified network engineer will call on your office regularly keeping a watchful eye on all of your network technology and equipment. At each call, our technicians will use a checklist to ensure consistency and document all problems found, actions taken and general observations for later review with the client. Upon completion of the server audits, your dedicated technician will walk the floor and attend to computer-related needs and concerns of each of your employees.

Remote Services

Acutech also offers remote server auditing services which perform many of the same checks we perform during our on-site service calls. Like our on-site services, these checks are performed against a checklist for consistency. After the service has been performed, the client will receive an email message summarizing the checks performed and problems found. Attached to this email will be the checklist which will provide more detailed information about the audit.

Acutech's remote services are less costly to the client since we gain the efficiency of a central monitoring operation and eliminate the overhead associated with driving out to your site.

For most of our clients, Acutech recommends a maintenance program consisting of periodic on-site maintenance visits and more frequent remote server audits.
