Acutech supports its clients with a team approach. Our
contract customers have a Service Manager, a
Service Coordinator, a Primary
Technician and a Secondary Technician at their
disposal:
Service Manager
Your Acutech Service Manager oversees the technical and
business relationship with the client. His goal is to ensure your satisfaction
with our service. The Service Manager develops custom support plans
for clients, leads the design of custom solutions, provides project
management for major system rollouts and upgrades, and provides general
IT consulting services. Essentially the Service Manager fills the role
of your CIO.
Service Coordinator
The Service Coordinator is responsible for interfacing
with the client and scheduling all service activities including emergency
services and routine maintenance appointments. She also handles all
billing questions and can provide the client with service-related documentation
such as our monthly Service Reports.
Primary Technician
The Primary Technician is the main point of contact with
the client on a day to day basis. Your primary technician will deliver
most of your on-site and remote services. He or she will get to know
you, your staff and your network and be in a position to provide you
the support that is right for your business. Acutech's technicians are
Microsoft Certified Professionals and many have extensive training,
experience and certifications in other areas such as Cisco networking,
NetWare, Macintosh and other IT disciplines.
Secondary Technician
A second technician will be introduced to the client early
in the relationship and will periodically assist the Primary Technician
with service issues. The intent is to have a second technical resource
who is also familiar with your network who can be available in emergency
situations when your Primary Technician may not be available.
